Do I need a physical store?
No. We work with retail stores, online sellers, solar and electrical contractors, and resellers. What matters is that you can reach customers and stand behind what you sell. Tell us your channel in the application and we will match the right terms.
Is there a minimum order?
Dealer pricing runs on volume tiers, so there is a starting order that unlocks dealer rates. The exact minimum depends on your business type and channel. We spell it out in the price list we send once your application is approved.
How does warranty and after-sales work?
Every unit carries the manufacturer warranty, and claims are handled locally through the principal distributor, Gladiator PH, in Metro Manila. Parts and service stay in-country, so your customer is looked after and you are not shipping units overseas.
